Hi friends,
2025 went by in a blink.
So naturally, I've been asking myself: What can we do to make 2026 the best year of our lives, yet?
It might sound a little rah-rah, but that question has genuinely guided how I've been moving through this year so far.
Over the past few months, my producer, Germán Ceballos, and I had two long, thoughtful conversations, first in August, then again in October during Adobe Max, about how we want to shift and transform Feisworld. At the same time, through conversations with creators and small business owners, one theme kept coming up again and again:
Change is the only constant.
AI has accelerated everything, but change was already here. The real work is learning how to respond to it, intentionally.
Here are three shifts I made in the past six months that are shaping a better year, and a better me, heading into 2026. What surprised me most is how deeply these personal changes have influenced my professional life as well.
1. I rethought how I take meeting notes.
I started using Granola as my AI notepad for Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It's not a "notetaker" in the traditional sense, it's a quiet companion that doesn't need to join your meeting as an attendee. The experience is smooth, invisible, and completely distraction-free. Learn more →
2. I took brand building seriously, again, but differently.
You've heard this before, but the rules are changing fast in the age of AI. Today, it's not just about SEO, it's about building a contextual footprint and understanding how discoverability works when AI is part of the equation. Here's how →
3. I stopped trying to sit longer, and started moving more.
Instead of deciding how long I can stay at my computer, I now get up every 45 minutes to move, stretch, grab water, check the mail, whatever needs doing in small bursts. At 41, I also started strength training, and honestly, my life hasn't been the same since.
Motion is lotion. Read more →
As a result of these shifts, Feisworld has evolved into a new chapter: creating high-quality videos and articles for tech companies that want to democratize AI and make powerful tools feel accessible, not intimidating, for creators and small business owners.
Everyone deserves a chance to learn this new era of technology without feeling overwhelmed.
So now I'll turn it back to you:
What are you going to change, or intentionally keep doing, in 2026?
Hit reply and tell me. I'd genuinely love to hear.
With gratitude,
Fei
